Do I need a Wainga subscription to use the apps?
Yes — both apps require an active Wainga subscription. Your existing web login works in the apps.
Is the Windows app safe? Does it store any data locally?
All business logic and data stays on Wainga's secure servers. The Windows app is a licensed shell — in Phase 1 it does not store sensitive data on your PC. Offline attendance capture (Phase 2) will be encrypted locally and synced on reconnect.
How is the Windows app licensed?
Each company receives a license key tied to a seat count. Enter your key on first launch — the app validates it online and works for up to 7 days without internet before re-validation is required.
Will there be an iOS app?
iOS is on the roadmap. For now, the Wainga web app works great on Safari on iPhone — add it to your Home Screen for an app-like experience.
